“The hotel is in the most amazing location and the view from the dock is incredible. The bed wasn’t very comfy and the bathroom is very tiny but we understood it was a historical property.”

“The beds in this facility were lumpy, and I stayed there three nights and had to buy my own mattress topper so I could sleep. The only person who tried to help was the lady at the front desk when we first got there. The rooms had sockets that didn’t work, I was told that this facility has just been remodeled. You should get your money back next time start with the beds. I will not stay at that facility ever again.”

One of the staff members in the maid department stole my hundred dollar bag a gentleman at the front desk lied about my bag when he said the room had a do not disturb on it, and he could not go up and knock……
