“First time I’ve ever checked into a hotel and had to switch rooms. The first room (queen bed with a sleeper sofa for 3 of us) was tiny compared to an interior cruise cabin. Also the door would not open. My husband had to shove the door open with his shoulder. When we checked in the front desk was working off of a print out of who was in what room. I wasn’t thrilled that the lady working the front desk made a copy of my credit card.”
