We stayed here in September 2016 and it was a great place. We loved how it wasn't a giant hotel but instead gave you a more small and personalized experience. The staff was welcoming and very accommodating. The hotel is very comfortable and has a fun style to it. The bed was awesome and the room was large enough to move around and not feel confined. We could walk to the beach in 2 minutes and downtown Cabo in about 10 minutes, which was a great location to be in. The hotel pool is fun and relaxing. The bar and restaurant was amazing. Great service and great food. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

May not be the fanciest hotel in Cabo, but it sure is nice. Rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, as are the lobby and grounds. You can step right off the pool level onto the beautiful Cabo marina, close to restaurants and only a few minute walk to Medano Beach.

but you probably need a car.
This is a great place and an excellent transition hotel ( before and / or after your all inclusive.) amazingly clean with features you'd expect in much more expensive hotels. Beautiful pool just like the picture. Comfy beds, decent linens, coffee makers, hammocks. A wonderful quiet spot to hang. But it's not really walkable to anything. Not anywhere near a beach. But a steal at the cost. Very worth trying.
Great AC. Good wifi.

Second time to stay here and will continue to stay here any time I visit Cabo. The staff was friendly, the food was excellent, the rooms are clean and the AC worked to perfection.
Club Cascadas is located just an $8 taxi ride from the marina and near many great restaurants. You can also swim in the ocean, which you can do if you're staying somewhere near the marina, but you can't do at many other locations further away as the waves get to big and the current to strong.
Overall, I rate this a 10 out of 10 for the second time in a row.

Positano Hotel is a charming hotel, with a very nice owner. Rooms were large, had amenities and were comfortable. The grounds are lovely and would make a nice setting for a reception or party. However, it is located right on the freeway-and the noise is constant. It also if too far from any attractions to get to quickly. It requires either a bus ride-which is pretty easy, but costs every time or at least a 30-40 minute walk (to get to Cabo attractions or beach). We spent a great deal of time walking and really wished we had rented a car. If you are getting a package deal that only costs a few more dollars a day for a car-go for it. One little tip-there is a charming Mercado a block or so down the road that has two ladies that will cook for you to order at a very reasonable price. We had them make us a torta and they wrapped it up so we could go to the beach for the day -it only cost 40 pesos, a great deal and the ladies are very sweet. You can pick up water and other snacks there or walk to Walmart which is 1+ mile away.

My family had to get 2 condos through Expedia. This really wasn't necessary. We got 2 completely different condos. The first, A314, we called the frat house. The furniture needs a complete update, and there is no outdoor space. The 2nd, C302, was beautiful. Frankly, all 5 of us could have fit comfortably in this condo. The only problem with the condo was that nobody came around to at least collect the trash and there was nothing in the check in literature about where to take it. Marina Sol is a couple of blocks from the beach, near Mango Deck and The Office. Billygan's was the perfect place to spend a few hours lounging. If you walk the other direction, you are only a couple of blocks from "The Mall" and the marina.
