“I was travelling with a pet for a one-night stay. I booked through Expedia. The listing stated that the hotel was pet friendly, but did not state that there was an additional $25.00 pet fee per night. I found this out from the clerk who checked me in. I was not happy about that, but I paid it. The grounds were not great for pets. There was not much grassy area for pet bathroom breaks and no bags available to pick up pet waste. The side entrance nearest to my room did not open with the key card,……

“The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property was newly refurbished. It had a beautiful swimming pool. The restaurant had very good food. The bar was very nice. We received a complementary made to order breakfast and it was conveniently located.”

“Traveled with precious cargo that we worried would be stolen overnight, but Greg told us where to park, gave us a room with a perfect view of the cargo, and assured us he would watch the cameras all night. And all was well!”

“Rooftop bar was so nice. The city actually had a concert just below so we were able to enjoy a drink and people watch while being out of the crowd. The staff was incredible!”
