“It was no one at the front desk and at breakfast we had to find cups, bowls and plastic wear. Absolutely NO HOT BREAKFAST!!! It was juice,a few bagels, yogurt, cereal. We were told the kitchen staff called off. It was about 40 guest trying to eat a hot breakfast it was no where to be found. I came in late from Florida after 1am expecting to receive a hot breakfast before getting back out on the road going to Detroit at 8am. This was very disappointing not just me but the other guest, trying to……

“Staff was excellent and Joya tried to resolve the issues with the room but could only do so much. Property has good amenities for the price point it’s in. Evening snacks and drinks is a nice touch. It is, however, an older outdated property. The bed was not comfortable, the AC unit was super loud and the refrigerator wasn’t cold at all. We were given a small refund and offered a different room but it wouldn’t really have been any different. This property would benefit greatly from an overall……
