Check in was easy. All staff was friendly for duration of our stay. All reviews were accurate about location. Walk to Central Park. Theatre district, Times Square, 5th Ave. Rockefeller center. All short walks to see window displays and lights and shopping. The hotel is old, but considering heat was ...
Hotel was very close to the train station, places to eat, Times square, dept stores and bus stops. It is clean and tidy. It is a popular hotel - always a line at all hours for checking-in. The only drawback is the lukewarm water - we were on the 10th floor and there are times when it seems the water ...
Not the Taj Mahal but clean with a pleasant staff. No "free" breakfast. Moreover, the restaurant is not affiliated with the hotel so "no billing to the room." Meals that we had were tasty and reasonably priced

Good experience. Would stay here again......................................................................
Right smack dab in the theatre distict, this hotel was perfect. My room was brand new in renovations. You are a block or less to major subway lines. All the touristy stuff is within walking distance. Will definitely be staying here again!
snack bar on main level advertised lattes, espressos, etc, but only offered regular coffee in the morning. very disappointing.
