Tor=he hotel is old and worn, like much of NY, but it is clean, well maintained, with excellent staff. Ir is superbly located at Penn Station, and I have no complaints. The price, quality, and value is excellent. We just have to take the car horns (and the cars) away from the taxi drivers.
The hotel overall was a pleasant experience, from room, staff, to facilities. Getting there was a bit challenging. Google maps didn’t help, but using Waze app got us there
Older Hotel which is the norm in NYC, great location. I found the staff to be very helpful and courteous, even when asking for a hotel room key to enter location. The rooms are a bit dated and I had to close the bath room door to open the shower door, Extremely small bathroom. The bed was comfortable ...
The Hotel was nice and the staff was very accommodating. We were going on a cruise the next day and caught the shuttle to the pier. Parking was $10 v $20/day at the pier.
Arrived to a wonderful member of staff named Taryn . Was given a newly refurbished room and a hotel teddy as we were a chosen guest of the day. There was 3 of us in our party so she found 2 more bears for my sister and niece. A wonderful start to our trip. The hotel is wonderfully positioned close ...
Over all it was great! I would recommend it to friends and family! Some of the staff was not friendly. But they probably were not having a good day or something. it was still great I would definatly stay here again!
The room is clean and comfortable. They have a tiny shop in the lobby that you can find everything you need/want in the shop, and a restaurant as well. Friendly staff and willing to help if we have any question.
Everything was good at the hotel except the hallway was noisy. A lot of slamming of the doors and the hallways are tight but overall the workers were pleasant and tended to our needs
