“Even we had a confirmrd booking, the reception was not aware of our arrival, and had no room to offer. The receptionist rebooked us to another hotel, but had no suggestion of handling the extra cost. Ended up paying 40 euro over the agreed price. Also, totally silence from Hotel.com when trying to contact them. Stay away!”

“The people helping us (Zora and her son, Antonio, and the neighbor across the street) were very kind and enthusiastic. The studio was very small, but very well equipped, particularly the kitchen. Lots of nice touches and very clean. The advertised "sea view" was very limited, and less than one would expect. Difficult to figure out the TV -- instructions would be very helpful. Overall, still a nice stay.”

“The view is amazing, the apartment is clean, but the building looks like an ad-hoc hodgepodge of architecture with super steep concrete steps leading down to it. On our third night a bunch of people in the next house, right under our balcony, were partying till 3AM, despite a supposed 10PM quiet policy, so we did not sleep much that night (including our baby).”
