"The hotel itself is ckean and the staff are friendly and informative. We had booked a double and got two single beds (although this seems to be the norm in Laos from my experience). The toilet seemed to be blocked along the line a bit (I suspect soneone throw toilet paper down) so a few times we had to find a plunger. Aircon struggled in the heat, but the room had strong ceiling fans. I also like the seperate shower and toilet. I'm not sure the pools PH leveks are checked, as after a short swim...

"Very excellent service didn't ask for more even as I got drunk they still took care of me did not take advantage of the customers which is very good to me they weren't talking to him after I drank too much which I love that they kept himself and did their job very professional I would go back there and stay again and I will I love the very beautiful view of the river in the back they need a little work done to the back area finish and a little fencing for the back to be safe for the employee...

"The hotel is set in gardens and pond. The room we had - upgraded - was spacious and clean with all amenities provided and was next to the swimming pool. The breakfast building is positioned next to the pond and extends over it. The staff there were friendly and helpful. Reception staff were all incredibly polite and assisted with suggestions for our walks around town. We really did enjoy our stay and would definitely come again."
