Very nice hotel with great pool, backs up to a huge mountain giving great outdoors feel. Very quiet in canyon area. Little pricy but is far better value for your buck than other resorts in area.
We arranged with the hotel to check in early. Upon arrival we were told our room was not ready - even though we arranged an early check in we waited until the guaranteed time of 4 pm and the room was still not ready. We were then given an upgraded room - would of liked to enjoy the pool but bathing ...
Such a nice property just what is required to unwind from the hussle and bustle of city life only complaint is the obscene prices in the on property shop $34 for a bottle of wine that I would pay $9 at my local store .
If you want a basic hotel to sleep in and then go out and do your thing, this hotel is ok. The room was clean. The staff was friendly but is not accessible a lot of the time. A disappointing part was the pool area and the hot tub. It needs a big upgrade and cleaning. Hot tub was not hot. Deck area ...
Check in with Don was super. Thursday Villagefest Street Fair (6 -9 PM) easy15/20 min walk from hotel is fun. Kiosks of crafts and food for blocks in a closed street mall.
Rooms are big, but bathroom was small. Comforter had a stain on it or it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Overall the hotel lobby, breakfast room and pool area are nice.
Older hotel with limited renovations. The bed was new and comfy. The shower surround and counter top was new granite. The furniture, carpet and air conditioner were all very old. The large pool was warm with lots of lounge chairs. Was busiest on Fri&Sat but was always friendly. The staff weren't helpful. ...
This was our second stay here and we were even more pleased this time than last. The staff was helpful placing us in a quiet room with a comfortable bed. The hardwood floors contributed to the cleanliness of the room. The omelet bar was good; along with the other breakfast choices, all eaten on glass ...
