“Absolutely dreadful experience. The rooms were old, dirty, musty, and covered in mould… hardly the standard anyone would expect from a property associated with Marriott. The “high tea” was a complete joke; it felt more like a fly buffet than a tea service, with flies swarming all over the food. The lack of cleanliness and attention to detail was shocking. From the accommodations to the dining experience, everything felt neglected and subpar. This was nowhere near the Marriott standards we’ve……

“The room was not clean, it had dirty & stained linen. Also, there was an issue with the usual cleaning of the room, I had requested my room to be cleaned at around 11.30 am, I went out of the hotel and got back at 5 pm and it was still not cleaned. When I asked, I was told that there were not enough staff. There was no shower gel in the room thoughtout the 2 nights I stayed, even after repeated requests/complaints. Had a bad experience overall.”

“Excellent resort surrounded by pristine gardens with unbeatable access to beach via a private 5 min walk. Onsite pool and restaurant are of great quality too. Rooms high quality with sufficient well maintained inside and outside spaces. Outstanding breakfast including Indian and continental options. Reception staff also helpfully organised day trips with minimal upfront planning. Overall outstanding value for money. Thank you Santana resort staff for catering to the diverse needs of our family……
