"Convenient, Spacious, Unpretentious, long stays ok"
As stated in the name, this is a "residence inn", therefore the rooms are designed for longer stay than your typical week-ends. The rooms include a fully functional kitchen, large fridge, stove, dishes, so you do not need to go to the restaurant if you need to finish off your presentation for the following day. The room is studio size, and includes a large sofa, a full size desk. Everything is included, e.g., parking, WiFi, breakfast. This hotel is pet friendly, unfortunately, some owners seemed to forget the usual clean it up etiquette. The Hotel spreads over several separated blocks, with the lobby in the front. If you park in the back, you may have to find your way through to the lobby. This is actually what happened to me. My GPS app guided me to the back of the Hotel, and the lady that did my check-in was kind enough to relocate me closer to my car after I told her I was in the rear of the Hotel. There is a basket ball court, a swimming pool, and a barbecue area. Everything is geared to make a longer stay acceptable and decent. Of course, there are no elevators, and if you carry strollers and heavy luggage, you will have to take them up the stairs if you happen on second or third floor. Apart from that, all the rest was fine. I used the room service to get some pizza's, and that worked quite well too. The breakfast is your usual free bee one, do not expect top quality stuff, but it works to get you started in the morning.
