“Booked a short stay and chose Crockgarve after reading the reviews. To be honest it seemed too good to be true but I am thrilled to be proven wrong. The location and room was stunning and exactly what we needed for our stay. What really made it special was Margo. Margo could not do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible from the welcome drink with her and her husband to the amazing breakfasts, you are made to feel so welcome and part of the family. Margo makes it seem effortless but……

“The house is even more lovely than the pictures. Spacious, well decorated and kitted out and very clean. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and beds and bedding very comfortable with lots of natural light and lovely views of the surrounding countryside. The country kitchen is lovely and spacious and very well kitted out. Kate had very kindly left us delicious home baked scones, butter, milk and even some jam. “Name has changed to Canavan’s, (an Ireland icon in soccer) Staff was extremely helpful with local information. Room was big, It is a small, very rural community, and they were very much a part of that community. The food in the restaurant was great, Room was nice. Housekeeping was very helpful. Felt very much like a family. Very reasonably priced that included breakfast. ”
