“I stayed at this Hotel due to the positive reviews. I was looking for clean, comfortable with modern appliances. I was in a suite and it was beyond expectations. I had 2 large screen TV perfectly mounted. One for the bedroom area, and another one in the couch area. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with selection and quality. The staff at the buffet were extremely nice, helpful, pleasant. When I checked in, it was neutral. Nothing good, nothing bad. Just a normal checkin. However, it was……

“Each time we choose to visit the lake and occasionally due to unpredictable circumstances; this hotel is the only option to stay ! It’s always clean , proximity to the beach area , stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is always accommodating. The location is our favorite , especially being close to the freeway, for any emergency exits .The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and the lake view is amazing! If you’re like us and like nice things , this location is the place to be .……

“Typical Holiday Express. Room was good nothing special. Breakfast was good and included. Again nothing special but if you’ve stayed at an Express you know what to expect. It’s not a Bob Evan’s or Denny’s but a decent selection of food and beverages. We asked the cleaning staff to make up the room and left $20 on the bed for their tip. They did give us new towels and left the tip on the bed and didn’t make up the room. I guess you have to ask at the front desk for that service. Pool looked……

“After booking on your web site, where it stated that there was only one room left...we arrived to find that the property has NOT been open for months. We had to find a room, which was hard on a Friday afternoon. Also, we were worried that we would be charged for three nights in a place that was not open. The mail box was over flowing with mail, there was Xmas decorations still out. We are not happy at all.”
