“The property is in need of upkeep. Missing door knobs . Broken lamps. Missing trash cans . Damaged drywall. The hot tub was broken. The pool needed cleaning. The breakfast was bare minimum. The staff was helpful but not anything like it is posted on here.”

“Assuring that housekeeping is cleaning the room accordingly and refilling dispensers & restocking toiletries.The breakfast area was dirty and there were fly’s everywhere disgusting. We leave and came back in the afternoon our room wasn’t even cleaned it looked at. We were downsized from a double queen to one bed due to housekeeping had left for the day unacceptable.Then the room that were downsize to didn’t have hot water. We were very unsatisfied with the Hyatt at the location. Pets are……

“The room and staff were excellent. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. There is a restaurant on the 4th floor that offers basic fair and full bar. View is beautiful from this part of the hotel. Setup is a little odd for the property. Check-in is on the 4th floor (top floor). The elevator in the entrance only goes to the 4th floor. Unfortunately the other elevator that stops at the 2nd and 3rd floors did not work. We had to take the elevator to the 4th floor then walk down stairs to……
