“We have always stayed at this hotel every time we travel to Huntsville, Alabama as a family two adults one child sometimes dogs. We’ve never had an issue with the cleanliness or the way that the room smelled that and every time we go to bed, our bed clothing was wet as if we were outside camping. This day was the worst day we’ve ever had all the other times has been great and excellent I won’t hold it against him this time so thank you for our day.”

“Either housecleaning or a guest with access to our room tried to open the door without knocking in the morning. Thank goodness we had the door block up; it was very scary.”

“Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Front desk was training a new team member and it was awkward. Housekeeping left two bath mats and one towel instead of two towels and one bath mat. Only inconvenient because it wasn’t realized until the second towel needed to be used. Overall nice property in a great location.”

“When we checked in it was very nice as we were there for the Rod Stewart concert that nite & since the room was ready, we were able to go to our room an hour earlier than the regular 4:00 check-in. However, we realized that the ac didn't seem to be working. When we got back from having an early dinner, we had to get ready for the concert so we didn't have time to tell the frontdesk the ac wasn't coming on. We had to leave for the concert, but when we returned we told them about the lack of ac,……
