“Equipe atenciosa, ótima localização, quartos limpos. O único ponto negativo foi não conseguir utilizar o serviço de cozinha/restaurante no dia 28/12. Fomos informados de que só havia uma pessoa para o atendimento dos clientes presenciais no restaurante. Fora isso, não tenho reclamações.”

“Fauna Hotel is located at mid-hill level of Valparaiso and visit to historic buildings can be done in foot. The hotel also lies in restricted area where large vans are forbidden to enter. Passengers and luggages have to be dropped off the main road and there is a distance of 10 min walk to move between the hotel and drop off location. However, taxi and small vans can reach the hotel at closer range. But still there is a distance of about 30 metres to walk through.
