“I booked a room with breakfast included, but they ended up not providing it, and they even charge for coffee.”

“The A/C was broken, did not function at all; the shower door has high pitch squeaking sound every time i closed it. Everything else is good.”

“I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible……

“The rooms are spacious and sre always clean. They offer a good breakfast every morning. The staff is always kind. If you don't want to sit or lie in the bed all day/ or night, there is a separate living area, that's very nice. The Hyatt Place is our choice of hotels in and out of Michigan.”
