IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE HAD A BEACH PASS THRU OUR STAY WITH THE HARD ROCK CASINO & RESORT. HAVING TO PAY FOR THE BEACH WAS A DOWNFALL. AS FOR THE CLEANING SERVICE, YOU NEED MORE HELP! OUR ROOM GOT CLEANED AFTER 4 PM WHEN WE RETURNED FROM OUR ACTIVITY. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FOR EVERYONE. HAVING ...

Blown away and beyond thankful how affordable our room and the activities were. All the staff makes every guest feel equally important. Great actually fantastic experience for the whole family

She told me I had a pet fee and a possible unexpected room adjustment fee. I told her that I did not have a pet and that I should not be charged for additional fees ...
