“Place is totally under staffed....we were triple charged for room deposit....dog hair in elevators...elevators didn't work....had my personal belongings stole out the back of my truck...horrible experience for the money we paid....stay clear”

“There was used towels left in restroom, kids toys under the bed. Refrigerator was extremely dirty. Seems like rooms was just minimally cleaned.”

“There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel.”

“Staff was friendly but even tho property was under renovation, rooms were grubby, linens not fresh. Breakfast has no butter (or peanut butter ) for toast, no plain creamer for coffee.”
