“The staff were very nice & helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room lighting was soft that made me have a good sleep. The only thing I want to comment is: I saw a small cockroach on the table and once I waned to catch it, it rushed back to the fold-up wooden plate. “The room was really nice! It was clean and wide. Staff there are very welcoming. Always willing to answer your questions and have an interesting chat with you. The breakfast was really nice with a big variety of food. There is also a restaurant in the hotel. The cuisine was tasty but a bit pricy. The location is a bit far from the train station. You would need to walk for 10 min to the bus station and take another 10 min bus to Utrecht Centrale, but I think it's acceptable”

“我们一行8人是在RAI参展，因为有旅行社车接车送，所以选了这家性价比还不错的酒店。总体居住感觉还不错，很舒适放松的感觉。但是...很不幸的是9.10那天我们的小伙伴在酒店早餐厅失窃了，一转身的瞬间，2个人，包里的财物和护照被都被席卷而空，报警察无果，酒店方除了抱歉和配合调查并无其他表示，也怪我们太不小心了，幸亏导游给力，帮忙我们及时联系大使馆补办下证照，才得以顺利回国。很无奈，酒店的安全和对住客的保障一定要加强做好啊！”
