“Aside from the staff and the hotel's stunning views, I DON'T recommend this place at all. Its access is very risky because there is no paved road; it's a narrow, dangerous route with mud and slippery stones. The hotel has a beautiful design, but it is not in the best condition, as some amenities like the pool and jacuzzis sometimes malfunction. The rooms lack air conditioning, which becomes a problem after a day in the heat and pool. They only have an old, noisy fan that makes sleeping……

“Gorgeous property. Recommend the penthouse very affordable and world class view. Staff was very helpful in getting tickets to boating activities. Also hotel is perfect location at top of guatape short walk into town to shop and eat/drink and then take a cute colorful moto car back to hotel. Also, restaurants were great at hotel. Excellent food and service. Highly recommend and superior value”
