“This is a very nice house in a good location. Most people would probably be happy with it. But it's different than the Sea Ranch houses we have rented at Sea Ranch over the decades. Though well equipped with dishware, there is not single spice (even salt and pepper), no foil or wrap, and a lack of useful items that you may not think of ahead of time.
