"Nice Hotel. Room was small but was ok for 4 guests"
Friendly staff. Our room was smaller than I thought. It fits 4 guests just fine. Clean. Hotel is old but well-maintained.

"Great Hotel, Centrally Located, Excellent Staff!"
My wife and I had never been to Seattle before and were looking for a place to stay to spend a weekend. While a bit pricey, we loved our time at the Paramount Hotel. If we were going to come back to Seattle again in the near future, it would be difficult to stay at a different place after our great experience at The Paramount.

"A wonderful place in a great location"
From the time I was greeted at the door, until the time I departed, I was delighted with my experience. The Inn is a beautiful restored old home located in the Capitol Hill area. My room, a 1 bedroom suite had old world charm but equipped with all the modern necessities. Each morning, a wonderful light breakfast was available in a warm and inviting dining room. Whether it was the owner or the staff, everyone was attentive and helpful. I can't imagine staying in a hotel, now that I know this place is available.

"Overnight stay on the way home."
After two days in BC we arrived at 8:45 on the Victoria Clipper and wanted a quiet, comfortable and welcoming overnight stay. The Roosevelt was just the place for that despite the remodel construction. Wonderful staff greeted us coming and going.

"Enjoyable stay, perfect location!"
Enjoyed our stay, nice updates since our last visit. Didn't care for the new pillows, but the new blackout shades and curtains are great, so great we overslept. Thankfully it was just a startling reality how late it was, we didn't miss any appointments. I know the hotel doesn't set the parking rate, but was alittle shocked that it had increased 8 dollars. Enjoyed the lobby restaurant and bar, good food, beverage and service. The Outlier, Old Sazerac, across the street is Great, incredible remodel and upgrade. We'll be back!
