The Paramount has been modernly updated. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. And, the restaurant had a great happy hour. Good location close to shopping and transit. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

"Beautiful hotel with great staff"
We didn't have a great start to our vacation via the plane and things getting mixed up through Expedia/Alaskan Airlines, but as soon as we got to our hotel, the staff was extremely friendly and all the amenities/free things they offered suddenly made the trip all the better. They gave complimentary bottles of water in the room as well as popcorn! They had free cupcakes and coffee out in the lobby everyday as well as bikes to ride around the town with at no extra charge. AND this is a huge one for me because my entire business is on the internet, their WIFI speed was amazing! I've stayed at lots of hotels and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. I would suggest to anyone staying in Seattle to book this hotel ASAP!
