This hotel was clean with comfortable beds. Great restaurants in walking distance and a gorgeous rooftop sitting area. They also have underground parking at about half the price of other hotels. This was a nice benefit if you are a local with a car. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff goes out of their way to help. I had a box that need to be refrigerated but the mini fridge in the room was too small. They took my box to their walk-in fridge.

The hotel is nice. It is an older hotel with history. We love places like this. There are many eateries around the hotel and a grocery store. Our room had a full kitchen. You are short uber rides to all of the fun.

Generally unpleasant. Morning staff was a very rude girl who made it very clear she didn't care about us or the several issues we experienced in a single night's stay. Avoid this hotel and its rude staff, would have been better off sleeping in the car.

We spent a couple of nights here before going on a cruise. The hotel is well located for many of Seattle’s attractions. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There were shuttle buses available to get you to Pike Place market and other attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable with toiletries ...
