Located in in the Belltown neighborhood, the hotel is close to several sites in downtown. and only minutes away from public transportation. Staff is friendly and helpful. The cafe that is attached has some pretty good breakfast as well, although they tend to be busy.

"Nice Hotel Overall"
Well I was on the 6th Floor which was supposed to be one of the Executive Floors and it and the room needs some updating. The executive lounge was plain and boring and does need some better furniture. I also had the room that faced the busy interaction and the loading dock so somewhat noisy.

Every staff I talked to was very friendly and helpful. Wifi was so slow especially in the evening and I lost signals every so often. To my surprise, there was no fridge and I had to request for one. Again, the staff was very quick and friendly and I got one right away. Unfortunately it moulded inside. Other than that, I liked this newly renovated hotel. It had grocery stories near by. The cafe had nice pastries. There were always parking spaces available. (I'be stayed at another hotel nearby which had very limited spots.)
