"Great location, clean and excellent staff"
Stayed at this hotel for two nights on a quick trip to Seattle. Excellent location close to shopping, food and great attractions. Staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The hotel is in great condition and our room was nicely updated and very clean. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Hair dryer was broken but they brought me up a spare one. Had trouble getting the room keys made so we had to wait a couple hours and have an employee take us up to our room. Was compensated for the inconvenience with some free drinks in their hotel lounge. Nice pool and hot tub too. Overall, nice hotel and we would definitely stay here again. Great location too

"Best hotel!"
My family and I always choose The Maxwell for our "stay cations" the rooms are so nice, we love the beds. We always use the pool which isn't too deep for the little ones. We love the location and the pineapple cupcakes in the lobby!

"Clean and great loacation"
Hotel was very clean, and a very comfortable bed. My wife has back problems and the bed was fantastic for her. I think valet is very expensive, but they are friendly and quick. I had a problem in the evening with a howling dog and called multiple times, but nothing was ever done to take care of it, they just seemed to brush it off. Hard to get a good nights sleep when that is going on, especially on my wedding anniversary.
