"Great Location, Friendly Staff & Comfortable Rooms"
We booked three rooms at Mayflower and all of us agreed that the hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The rooms were clean (and kept very clean each day), well appointed and the entire staff was very helpful and friendly. Indoor access to the Westlake Mall was a great addition as it was January (cold & rainy) and we went back and forth for shopping and meals. The hotel's newly renovated Andaluca restaurant served amazing breakfasts at a reasonable price. Last, the front desk receptionist, Justin, went out of his way to assist our family with many details before, during, and after our stay. He deserves recognition for his warm hospitality and professionalism!

"Came in late and headed out early"
got there and was disappointed to find out that overnight parking was $32. If i had known that i wouldn't have stayed there. The gentleman on duty changed it to $20, which was still high but acceptable. The room was innovative with lots of colors and really nice beds and a good workspace for a laptop. Bathroom was clean but not modern. More that it fit in with the overall decor.
