"Nice hotel in a good location "
Close to restaurants and pubs. Walkable to downtown. Bikes available if the weather was a tad warmer. Great views and hangout space on the roof deck. Room was good with a little kitchenette (microwave, fridge, sink, coffee pot) nice for a week stay.

"Older but nice"
This is clearly an older hotel and so there are signs of wear, especially in the bathroom. There wasn't much sink space. Also, there wasn't a single soda or candy machine in the building. But altogether, it was a decent hotel for the price and the staff was quite nice.

"Very Pet Friendly, Easy Highway Access"
While this hotel is of an older design, I believe that it actually lends to the benefits that I most enjoyed about this location. The rooms are very quiet and spacious. Not once did I hear either of the people in the rooms next to me. You could hear Mr. bowling ball feet up above somewhere, but I doubt his flat foot stomping noise could have been prevented. In spite of the locations age, the rooms are modern and quite large. There is extra seating and a decent sized desk. You get modern amenities, like a 1 cup coffee maker with lots of blends and even coco, as well as a refrigerator. The bed isn't the most comfortable I've ever had, but it wasn't bad or inadequate and I slept well. The hotel uses a basic television package from DirecTV. For the summer, they did have a pool. And a nearby restaurant with decent food, albeit a bit pricey. The staff at the desk was awesome, accommodating and friendly. Checking in and out was fast. My favorite part by far though was how pet friendly they are. For a small extra fee we got a room that was on the ground floor with a sliding door that led straight to the central yard area for bathroom trips, which was super convenient. I believe that their price was very competitive for the value and would definitely stay there again. It is also a very short jaunt to get onto I90 or I405 which allows access to any direction you'd need to go.

"Beautiful Hotel"
Ballard is a fun city to explore and Hotel Ballard is a great place to stay. Staff was very nice. Great gym connected to the hotel. I'd even recommend the Stoneburner to have a meal at. I would stay here again for sure!

"close to SeaTac but so quiet"
Needed overnight stay to fit flight schedule - too old & wise to try to sleep in terminal. This hotel was amazingly close to airport and so quiet. The free shuttle ride was quick. Only one suggestion- the lighting in room was awkward. Only one switch for vanity lighting and separate tub/toilet area. Good variety at breakfast buffet.

"Got the best deal for my bucks"
Even though the room was not the largest, it was a great getaway for my boyfriend and I for a night. And the spa made it worth it! Parking was easy, with ample spaces..and only two feet away from my room! Which was perfect for the cold winter time. The spa was surprisingly clean with absolutely no gunk. There is TONS of shampo and conditioner provided unlike most hotels. The staff is chill and professional.

"Convenient location to SeaTac. "
Great place to stay near the airport, literally across the street. Have stayed here several times. Consistent quality. Quiet place as compared to DoubleTree. Restaurant accommodating and friendly, staff mostly great. Be aware there's no easy coffee service, can walk to Starbucks at airport.
