“Very isolated grounds. Badly decorated room, only 4 TV channels 2 of which were football, pillows very spongy and uncomfortable. I had N42k standard room as thankfully i was only there for one night and it's 10mins from the airport. There was a ceiling leaking outside my room which I was told would be fixed but by next morning it was still leaking onto the general corridor. Very noisy a/c unit, kept waking me up during the night. No spyglass in the door, a simple security item that would have……

“The hotel said they did not have an agreement with Expedia. They said that the agreement was with the former owner and Expedia not they the current owners. They said that they are Bon Pearl hotel and not The Pearl hotel. They said that my payment was to Expedia and not them. So I ended up not staying there. Please how do I get a refund? I have had difficulties trying to contact Expedia support team.”

“Bra beläget hotell inom flygplatsen! Lite som en bed and fly men med toppen frukost! Fick vid incheckningen i hotell kryssa en färdigupprättad lista på vad jag vill ha till frukost. Jag tror det var den typ av bokning jag gjorde för frukosten ingick! Det fanns ändå mycket att välja till frukost så i slutändan blev det som buffé. Finns även möjlighet att beställa något till middag utifrån deras meny och tillgänglighet. Väldigt hjälpsam personalen, fick hjälp med väskan vid utresan, hela vägen……
