“Behaved like a new hotel, tried to over price pre booked room stating peak season. Rushed check out resulting in forgetting a wrist watch. Over priced lunch buffet which is not value for money. With a kid in tow unnecessary rush created for check out, checked in an hour late, hotel key card was disabled leading to room not getting open to speed up check out. Made guest wait to check if room amenities were in working condition, meaning guests were not trusted.”

“It’s a lovely location away from the busy areas.
Staff have excellent service.
You can not walk anywhere outside the property.
Breakfast was good.
We did not get to use the infinity pool - but views from there are spectacular. ”

“The day we went, we saw the sheets had been changed months ago. They were not fresh. Bathroom had a leaky faucet. Tv and room phone were not working. Above all the room was nothing like the pictures. Looks like they took the pictures when the hotel was new. It looks 50 years older now. ”

This was a distressing experience for my entire family; in fact, we stayed awake throughout the night due to significant safety concerns. The property is in a state of total disrepair and appears to have had no maintenance or renovations since its opening.
