"The staff sent me official links to reserve ticket for Vatican Museums and Colosseum. We were greeted by friendly staff when we That was really helpful and save us time to wait in line. We also saved money booking with official sites. When we arrived at 10am, the staff was friendly and got us to our room. We got to take a nap after the long flight. We are really grateful for the staff."

"The hotel was comfortable & clean. Enjoyed the breakfast provided. The Vatican is within a long walking distance and the walk is not an easy one. Every place in Rome seems to be up hill ;-) Restaurants are also not close by. Used a food delivery service one evening, otherwise we ate while we were out & about. We were able to walk to the metro station (downhill to the station & back up the hill to the hotel...not for the faint of heart). Also beware of pick pockets on the train. They warn you but it happened to one man in our group. We were in Rome during the Ryder Cup. Taxis were just not available so we had to walk more than anticipated. The one taxi we did get from the train station to the hotel was way over priced at €100. "
