Location ideal, room a little smaller than expected but a view from window onto a canal. Breakfast of good quality and quantity, Nice touch was free bottles of water in fridge on arrival.Would stay there again.
This was absolutely a wonderful stay in Venice, my second visit to Venice. The staff, especially Allecio (I hope I spelled his name right!) was wonderful and so helpful. My only nit-picking issue would be the king bed being tap twins put together. But that seems to be the norm in Europe. It just ...
Great location, so close to St Marks Square. Lovely cappachino's and great to have the free afternoon tea and cakes each day. The room was quite small but that's to be expected in such an area. The shower was great, powerful and hot.
Welcoming reception and check in. Very clean. Would have liked a proper bar, to have a drink before bed. Breakfast was ok, layout not so good as had to keep going back for cutlery, sugars plates and cups etc! Personally like to have it all available at the table, however a nice continental breakfast! ...
The hotel appears to be somewhat old, but with modern changes. The hotel is clean withing itself. All the fixtures you would need from any room in any place. Great staff, very accommodating, all spoke in multiple languages. Very helpful in any way possible. Small quarters but that's normal in most ...
Nice, quiet hotel (I was in the annex) in a good location with easy access to all the good parts of Venice.
Very nice basic hotel with great location. I’m very happy to have stayed here since you can walk to anywhere within minutes. The bed is comfortable although somewhat basic. The staff are very nice. The breakfast is an added bonus. Overall great value for the money for a good hotel.
The hotel located just few steps from Piazzale Roma or Railway station Santa Lucia. If you arrive by train or by car or bus no need to use a boat or go through all Venice with bags. The hotel is alittle bit old, but Italy also not so young))). Nobody says that it's 5* Luxury, but for one or two nights ...
Staff nice on the whole and location is very good. Breakfast is fine but very busy at times. Bedrooms are good, spacious and clean. Bathroom a bit tatty and need refurbishing.
We found this hotel quickly and easily,as it is conveniently located near a major stopping place for all the Venetian water transport, and also to Saint Mark;s Square Our room was charming, clean and warm although the ceiling was very low and my husband had to duck to get his head under the shower. ...
