“Checkin in the app was a little more complicated than I expected, probably because I booked through Expedia and the hotel needed additional info. Front desk staff was friendly and provided information about the evening mixer and available breakfast. The room was exactly what we wanted: a nice seating area in front but a view of the river from the bedroom.”
