"The staff and view were lovely. Im so glad the hotel had a lift. Food was decent, and its in a quite nice location from the sea and the train station. The bed was amazingly comfortable and sturdier than it looks which is a wonderfully pleasant surprise especially for a plus size person. I very much enjoyed my stay. Thank you 😊 "

"Dirty floors, carpets laced with dog hair, heaters didn’t work properly. Tv remotes didn’t work in either room. Curtains falling off, holes in walls, large gap in the roof that I had to close myself with an ironing board. No WiFi, mentioned to staff - they didn’t really care. Room cards failed on 4 separate occasions. The whole place is clearly falling apart - the room was awful and the staff working seemed unhappy and unwelcoming in general. Would not stay here again and would advise others to avoid - the room was not cheap and did not represent good value in any way. We literally had to stuff loo roll into one hole in the wall as there was an outside draft coming through!"

"The room was as expected small but to see the sea view the window was high. Not what I expected from the picture. Bed was a double but the mattress was comfortable in the middle but if you want to sleep nearer the edge you have to be careful not to fall out it is so soft. Food was good in the evening.
