“Really impressed with this hotel. It’s very clean, well-decorated, and modern throughout — I’m honestly not sure where some of the other negative comments online were coming from, as our experience was excellent from start to finish. Staff were polite and genuinely helpful the whole stay. Breakfast had a great selection to suit all needs. We didn’t try the evening meal so can’t comment on that, but everything else more than made up for it. We used the spa and the treatments were excellent……

“It is on the beach. We arrived late in the evening! Next morning I ask the gal in charge about getting some service for our room. She indicated that was not available there. I also ask re towel service. No wash clothes. Only 2 small bath towels a day. Some of them came with holes in the towels and were very stiff due to washing ! House keepers were amazing and would step up for what we needed !!! We loved the singer in the evening. Too bad there was only a handful of people……

“I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is fantastic, particularly Adriana, the receptionist, and Jackson, who served breakfast in the morning. They’re incredibly caring and offer amazing hospitality. It’s a 10-star hotel, not 8.8 as the ratings suggest! This is a new hotel with rooftop and ground-floor swimming pools and a sauna and cold water treatment on the first floor. They also provide free shuttle buses to the beach and Albufeira old town. “Overall, our stay was decent, but there were some disappointing aspects. We unfortunately saw a cockroach twice near the indoor pool area, which was concerning and affected our overall impression of the hotel. The general cleanliness also did not meet our expectations. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good with a nice variety of options.
