We have stayed here six times and love it. It's next to beach, shopping/restaurants, and bus stop. We don't rent a car because we can walk or take the bus to everything. Our first few times, we rented a car to see the sights, but now we mostly stay put on the beach. We don't do inclusive, but heard ...
House keeping was terrible. Room was clean on arrival however terrible job during our stay. Room wasn't cleaned until after 4pm then very very basic cleaning however they were there banging on the door 2 hours before check out to get in there. Besides housekeeping liked the hotel.
our fifth time in Aruba, second time at this hotel, within walking distance to all sorts of restaurants and shopping, beautiful beach and pool, only issue was with getting an umbrella on the beach, had to wait in line to reserve daily, some days couldn't get one unless you rented one for $30 per ...

For this trip: Check in was smooth, and we were upgraded from a suite to a one bedroom. Staff is very nice. The rooms are great, with a deck and ...
Not sure if this will help ... Great location.. love eagle beach.. The one bedroom has a very gloomy rooms... Strange layout... No windows in the bedroom depressing ... Suites are all open and much better feeling... Only down fall queen bed not king..
enjoyed the beautiful beach and great pools. very relaxing time there. good system to reserve a beach hut. breakfast buffet ok, but could be improved with more local dishes and tropical fruit. They ran out of papaya 2 days in a row. But I did like the champagne and orange juice. Also the sunset grille ...
The only complaint I would have would be the restaurants. The Italian was horrible with it's main entrees.. nothing Italian about it. I would hope they change their menu...
Negatives: The food at the buffet is not good at all. Also, the buffet is your only choice for breakfast and lunch. They also try to “extend” the life of their food by watering it down. Gross. The food at the restaurants is good. Not great, but good. Drinks are so-so. Not strong at all unless you ...
