“The front staff and dining help were very friendly and accommodating. I rated it poorly due to several things. Air conditioner not working, but staff was very accommodating in switching my room. The new rooms toilet BARELY flushed…had to hold down the handle and cheer it on. Went to shower…no towels, wash cloths, or hand towels. They only had pool towel available. No coffee or coffee cups. For a 2 night stay, NO room service, even to empty trash and change towels. Again, I thought the staff were……

“This is a very cozy apartment with home touches (like fall floral arrangements). Sparkling clean, mattresses very comfortable. Big well-appointed kitchen with kitchen table that seats 8. We were there in very cold weather and were warm and comfortable. The owners are very nice and kind. Note that you do have to walk up one flight of stairs to the apartment. We were very happy there. Easy to get downtown and around to groceries and shopping. ”
