“No assistance w luggage until heavily prompted upon checking in. Then none at all upon checkout. Taxi called was too small even though a large one to contain wheelchair was requested from the front desk.”

“I enjoyed my stay at the hotel . The staff were all friendly and welcoming during my stay . The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels were changed each day .
There was a wide choice of options at breakfast and dinner. One evening guests at the option of a sushi station.
Good value for money, I was HB so paid for drinks with dinner each evening. They accept cash or card . Or you can upgrade to the drinks package.
The entertainment was fair, bingo was a favourite with many guests as well……

“La comida es horrorosa. Para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas que no es nada barato podían gastarse un poquito más en la comunidad porque la comida es horrible. He estado dos días y las dos veces que fui a comer al en la plancha no había nadie de la cocina eh la carne dura la gente que estaba en el comedor un poco desagradable los camales y suelo ir muchas veces pero después de esta vez no vuelvo a ir”

“Wir waren jetzt wieder im Juni, genau ein Jahr nach unserem letzten Aufenthalt. Es hat sich an sich nichts geändert. Hauptgründe für die Buchung waren erneut die Lage und dass es ein Erwachsenenhotel ist. In der Kombination hat es ein wirklich gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
Leider immer noch ein massives Problem mit Parkplätzen.
Diesmal hatten wir ein Zimmer auf der 6. Etage. Die Lage war schön, aber es war trubeliger als letztes Mal auf der 4. Etage. Direkt unter dem Balkon ist das……
