“We were travelling through ireland and had booked this hotel for 2 nights months in advance. A few hours before we arrived, we called to see if our room would have a mini fridge, we were told that they would have one in our room for us..great! We went to the grocery store amd bought $30 euro worth of meat, cheese and dairy for our road trips while staying there. Three hours later upon arrival, we were told there was a flood and the roof had collapsed and they couldn't accommodate us. We drove……

“Very warm and inviting hotel. Check in was very smooth. Outside the hotel has a cute little island with a bridge to walk around.
The room were a good size and clean they left cute little rubber ducks on the bed. The bathroom was OK decent water pressure. No place to put your toiletries and not enough hooks to hang towels
Unfortunately there was a wedding going on and I finally went to the front desk at 1:30am to complain. The music was blasting no one could sleep. All they said was we are……
