“Manager was very rude i provided my us passport card and california id and he was talking in attitude he wanted the passport book Not clean and the light was not working in the room No tissues or napkins I need refund cause i didn’t stat there”

“本人在hotel预定酒店一切顺利，到达黎巴嫩WH酒店大厅办理入住时候，被酒店人员告知信用卡无效无法扣除费用，导致我的预订被取消。在这之前无论酒店还是hotel都没有提前告知我，导致我在黎巴嫩给hotel打电话核实信息花费漫游费超过1000元人民币，还无法找到合适的酒店。十分恼火！”

“Overall, dissatisfied. The reception on the the front desk is very responsive but when you call room service they don't ever get what you want. They are very frugal about replenishing water, Kleenex, bath towels and other necessities. I would have to ask multiple times/ The sheets were not clean and the wallpaper was peeled in the room. The water in the shower was yellow and also all water in the bathroom was contaminated/yellowy. We got skin rashes and allergies due to the contamination. The……

“I have concern about rooms price, I took the Bungalow room but I checked with our cousins which took on the same resort on the top of pool, to be honest the view was better and the room internally was better even in size , our room was very small and you don"t have space even for languages, the pool is impressive , and staff are supportive”
