“Pre-trip and on-trip communication was excellent. The location was perfect, the amenities were fantastic, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The convenience to the beach was great. The condo was roomy, I was able to cook for the family, it was peaceful and quiet. Overall a 5-star stay. We will definitely be returning! ”

“The room was clean. The hostess was accessible. The only way to use the tv was if you had a pre existing account with a provider such as Prime etc. We do not use these apps and couldn’t use the tv. The hostess, Janet, came over within 4 minutes of us calling her and gave us access to her account. We didn’t go on vacation strictly for tv, however we did use it during the rain. The room was sufficient for what we needed, for the time being, but I wouldn’t stay there again. The furniture……

“The apartments are spacious and nice.”

“The manager was kind and helpful to us. I don’t like to be a complainer but when we arrived the bedding was unchanged and the cover was visibly soiled as though a dog or something had been rolling on it with dirt. The manager quickly changed the bedding. The outdoor spaces were misrepresented. The pictures must have been old because these spaces were in disrepair and untended. Two stars seems more fitting but the label for that was “terrible.” It wasn’t “terrible.” It was disappointing. ……
