“What a wonderful find! Came into town for a concert and it was within walking distance of the venue. The room was very clean and I absolutely loved the retro decor! The lobby and coffee shop is lovely and convenient. The icing on the cake was seeing the singer of the band that we came into town to see at the onsite coffee shop the next day! Would highly recommend and will stay there again whenever we are in the area!”

“Couldn't have asked for a better house for our visit to UGA! It was an easy walk to everything-- campus, the football stadium and many of the fraternities & sororities. The only time we got in our car was for the 5min drive to the grocery store. Our VRBO hosts were wonderful. Communication was excellent, and the hosts went above and beyond to share restaurant recommendations and other tips for staying in Athens. The house was tidy, well laid out and fully equipped supplied for our visit--……

“Upon our arrival the house was a filthy mess, sheets nor towels had been washed, there was food on the counter and stove, and dirty dishes in the sink, dirty towel in the bathtub, was not a good sight to see after driving for 4 hrs and then we had to find another place to stay”
