“Property was amazing!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the property was clean, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. The location was convenient, and we enjoyed our experience. The only issue we encountered was that our room was warmer than expected because the air conditioning did not cool the room adequately. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.”

“It is a brand new hotel. It is extremely clean and in a wonderful location if you want to go to see an event at&T Stadium. The staff was lovely, very helpful and kind. The only negative thing that I have to say is they switch our rooms, without my knowledge, then I try to get sheets and blankets for my nephew to sleep on the couch and ended up having to go down and get it myself because the front desk did not have a working phone. So you could not call the front desk. That was very inconvenient……

“This is not a complaint. It’s just a lifestyle choice. I don’t think I would have booked here if I had known you have to take a 1920s elevator to get to the 24th floor to check in. The elevator has a weight limit of six people max iand in some instances, it appeared that only one elevator was working at a time. Long waits for the elevator! I do love and appreciate vintage art deco buildings, but not when my schedule doesn’t give me the freedom to wait…..We were there on a busy weekend and they……
