"A Weekend Stay in Toronto"
A small room but quite comfortable with a hot plate, micowave, fridge and comfortable king bed. Staff did not seem to be aware of the +gold program through Expedia; so if you qualify, you'll need to be persistent to get your free in-room wifi.

"Very nice hotel in the heart of Toronto"
Jarvis and Dundas, Garden District, beautiful and convenient location to explore the city on feet or on the public transport. The closest subway station is several blocks away. The hotel is very pleasant, the room was modern, spacious with laminated floors. The bathroom is nice but the water pressure could be better. My room had a mini kitchen with microwave, coffee station and utensils. Flat screen TV was outdated and/or the reception was not always good. The breakfast buffet was adequate but not so opulent, despite of its size. The pool and sauna were perfect; I spent 2 mornings practically alone there, swimming and relaxing in sauna.

"Nice hotel with great staff"
This was my 2nd stay at this hotel, and I would not hesitate to return. It's convenient to shops, restaurants, the Royal Ontario Museum and the subway. Additionally, the hotel itself is pleasant, though old and the lobby could use some light and color. Perhaps more importantly, the staff were kind and helpful. One should be aware that there is construction all around, though it was not problem, and I am very sensitive to noise.

"Convenient Location with epic views."
the whole experience was ok. i stay in a lot of hotels and this one was not up to my standards in cleanliness. also, no fridge or bathrobe and the ice machine was broken. however, an employee overheard us stating this and offered to get us ice from another area in the building which was nice. i had a west facing view which made up for everything and the bed was very cozy.
