“The majority of the staff was unprofessional, discourteous and unhelpful. They lacked basic customer service skills. The restaurant staff were particularly unpleasant to deal with. The hostess did not acknowledge me when I arrived and had an attitude when I asked a simple question. The servers did not even approach me until 20 minutes after i was seated. “My stay at the Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel welcome. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile.

“This resort serves as a training facility for students in the hospitality industry and what a fantastic job! The staff was amazing, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are comfortable. A hearty Jamaican cuisine is served for breakfast. The pastries are fantastic! Not overly sweet and extremely tasty. The pool is clean and well maintained. “Most of the staff were super helpful and most were very friendly. The place itself is very old and needs to be upgraded. The boat needs to be replaced, engine stopped while we were out in the ocean.
