“Room was spotless. We had one of the rooms with the large roof top deck with a view of the valley. The hot water was a bit tricky to figure out but that washroom was beautiful and the entire place seemed beautiful and new. Didn't find the elevator till after lugging suitcases down the stairs... Not all the staff speak fluent English, but there is normally a staff member around that can help! There aren't any places near by to eat and the on site restaurant is hit and miss... Okay most nights……

“Nos gustó mucho, el hotel se encuentra en un antiguo palacio conservando el encanto del mismo, merece la pena darse una vuelta por las diferentes plantas y pasillos. El trato por parte de todo el personal fue fantástico. Y lo que más nos gustó fue el restaurante, teníamos media pensión. El desayuno era buffet libre con productos de muy buena calidad y la cena tenía opción de varios menús degustación a elegir, los platos muy bien presentados y muy buenos. Mereció la pena la media pensión sin……

“Lots of steps up to reception but there was a lift available from ground level in the car park Beautiful place, lovely hotel, a bit more pricey for a menu of the day than we are used to but it was well worth it! Really good for gluten free. Recommended”
