“A beautiful historic hotel with amazing ambience and proximity to great options for tourism, dining and relaxation. Not haunted but feels like it should be. Breakfast, dinner and entertainment all located in the lobby. Would stay here again.”

“This place is awesome. The staff was so kind and helpful. The infinity pool was great. The restaurant food was to die for. They have Pilates machines. I ❤️ Pilates. Only thing I noticed was the blind in our room had a stain on it and the couch was pretty dirty looking which I didn’t expect for country club standards but over all I rate it highly and we’ll be coming back for sure. ”

“Second time at this hotel and it is still one of my favorites. Great location, beautiful view, tasteful and unique interior decor. Rooms are well appointed. Restaurants have wonderful menu selections.”

“Hotel is very nice. Great quality. I had trouble locating the car park at night and the person on the desk was very grumpy and unhelpful. It wasn’t a difficult request. They could’ve been a lot more helpful.”

“This hotel is under construction. Our rooms windows were covered outside (no view whatsoever) as they were actively jack hammering out front of the hotel by 8am. Down the hall a crew was active daily, so if you want to book a stay, be ready for some construction activity all around you. It's a beautiful old hotel in need of renovation, but unless you enjoy being in the middle, I'd book elsewhere in Manitou Springs until they finish the job.”

“Location is great! Hotel is cleaned regularly, however it is a there are furniture items that need to be replaced. For example, the couch in our room had dried coffee stains all over it, torn wallpaper in our room, vent in bathroom was full of lint. The bed was well-used, with deep body indentations. Furniture in the lobby was torn and a lot of the faux wood furniture had deep scratches in it. We stayed for 2 nights and the hotel had what we needed, yet I feel for a Marriott and to uphold the……
