“The apartment was very clean. It is in a multi unit apartment. You NEED an app to get in and out of the apartment. The location was convenient. A/C was great. Full size laundry was also good. The complex has a pool and a really nice gym. Bed was comfortable. The apartment is on the 4th floor but next to the pool. The pool has a light on all night. It is very bright at night even with the blinds closed. It is also next to an airport. There doesn't seem to be big jets but propeller……

Hotels.com should NOT offer this place to stay when it is confirmed you get no help/immediate response. It was 7 pm at night, NOT the 10 pm advertised late check in.”

“Exactly what we needed! Clean rooms, games for the kids and near all the trails in Colorado Springs. I might have missed it in the description but we did have trouble getting in the rental. You will need to reach out to the property manager to initiate getting your door code. After reaching out you will have to pay 50$ or 1000$ deductible on a different website to get the email from the manager with the code. They did respond very quickly but paired with no service in the area it took an hour to……

“This property is beautiful and spacious. Very close to everything we wanted to do, Garden of the Gods, Castle (William Parker), pikes Peak COG railway, Royal Gorge, etc. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and they were very clean and great water pressure for the showers. The house and neighborhood was close to stores, restaurants and gas stations. I will definitely stay here again when we return. We didn’t use the hot tub or theater but they were very nice. ”
