You are in a 5 star hotel with 3 star service. Examples include having to approach staff for beverage service and dining room not being properly set up (e.g. napkin missing, utensils not provided) and having to request items."

Rooms are very old and never maintained. Everything is broken inside..shower, lights, bed, couch, desk with no chair.
